I want to address a harmful misconception directly: MAT is not 'replacing one drug with another.' Medications like buprenorphine or naltrexone are prescribed at therapeutic doses to stabilis...
Hit five years yesterday. Never thought I'd be writing that. Here's what made the difference for me, in no particular order: 1. Harm reduction first. I didn't go cold turkey. I cut back gra...
Used to drink every Friday without fail. Now I go to a yoga class and then cook something nice. Sounds boring but honestly? I wake up on Saturday feeling like a human being. That's the trade...

A judgement-free space for harm reduction, safer choices, support pathways, and gradual change. Whether you're sober-curious, in active recovery, or just trying to make safer decisions – you belong here.
1. Zero judgement
No shaming anyone's substance use, recovery timeline, or chosen path. Harm reduction means meeting people where they are.
2. No glorifying or triggering content
Don't romanticise substance use or post detailed descriptions of use that could trigger others.
3. Safer use information only
Sharing harm reduction strategies is encouraged. Sharing sources, suppliers, or how-to guides for obtaining substances is strictly prohibited.
4. Respect all recovery models
12-step, SMART Recovery, harm reduction, medication-assisted treatment – all valid. No 'one true path'.
5. Crisis protocol
If someone appears to be in immediate danger, direct them to emergency services. Do not attempt to manage a crisis via posts.
