It's 3pm and the only thing I've done is make my bed. A year ago I'd be beating myself up about that. But my therapist keeps saying that on the hard days, doing one thing is enough. So I mad...
Has anyone else done this exercise? My therapist gave me a pack of cards with different values on them – things like family, creativity, adventure, honesty, learning – and I had to sort them...
Just checking in. Couldn't get out of bed most days. Managed to shower on Wednesday. That's about it. Still here though.

1. No toxic positivity

2. Honesty is welcome

3. Safety first
If someone expresses thoughts of self-harm, respond with compassion and direct them to crisis resources. Do not attempt to be their therapist.
4. Medication discussions are welcome
Sharing medication experiences is fine. Telling someone to start, stop, or change medication is not.
5. Respect low-energy participation
A one-word reply or a simple emoji reaction is valid engagement. Not everyone can write paragraphs.
