Voted for speaking up in meetings. It's still hard but I can actually do it now without my voice shaking the entire time. A year ago that would have been unthinkable!
Ordering food for me. I used to only go to places with app ordering or self-service. Now I can order at the counter without rehearsing my sentence fifteen times. Still rehearse it about three times though.
Interesting that small talk with colleagues is winning. I think that's because it's something we have to face every single day so there's more opportunity to practise.
Reading all these responses makes me realise how much progress this group has made collectively. Every one of these is a situation that used to feel impossible!
