breathing for me. it's the only thing i can do anywhere without anyone knowing.

That's such a good point about it being invisible! Breathing is probably the most accessible tool for that exact reason.

I think breathing wins because it's the most portable! You can do it literally anywhere without anyone noticing.

Interesting results. In clinical practice, breathing exercises tend to be the most consistently used because they require no equipment and can be applied in any context. The important thing is having multiple tools available – what works in one situation may not work in another.

I voted for grounding because the 5-4-3-2-1 is my absolute go-to, but honestly it depends on the situation. At home I journal, in public I breathe. Love that we all have different toolkits!
